Now that we have settled down following our return from Jamaica, I felt this was an ideal opportunity to thank you for all your efforts during the period of location in the West Indies.

Both the British and American cast and crew remarked on the high standard of cuisine and the cheerfulness and efficiency of your kitchen staff. Even when the conditions were against them they still managed to maintain a good service.

I would be most grateful if you could pass our thanks to the staff who gave us their undivided attention at all times.
